Breeding Program
- The breeding program aims to enhance marbling (intramuscular fat) in pork for richer flavor.
- Dingley Dell created the 'Suffolk Red,' a breed that's 75% Red-Duroc and 25% Land-Race.
- Live pigs are scanned on the farm to assess marbling, with higher-scoring pigs selectively bred.
- This selective breeding gradually increases intramuscular fat in the herd.

- In partnership with Dingley-Dell we have planted 338,000 square meters of nectar rich plant mixes (this is the equivalent of 83 football pitches).
