We are very proud to work with Dingley Dell Cured, creating exceptional artisan ranges of fermented sausages and air dried whole muscle cuts. Our state of the art salting and drying rooms create the perfect conditions for the production of fine British pork and beef charcuterie along with the best quality cured bacons, gammons and hams.

    Dingley Dell Charcuterie utilises whole carcasses from pure Red Duroc pigs, which are bred and reared with impeccable provenance. Our range of fine British charcuterie has been named with inspiration from ancient Anglo-Saxon, Celtic and Norse mythology to reflect our agricultural heritage and passion for the East Anglian countryside.

    At Blackwell & Co. we use ancient artisan techniques to cure our flavourful range of cured meats. Our hams and bacon joints are renowned for their superb flavour, often featuring traditional recipes alongside some newer and more innovative cures. Curing takes time and patience, but can transform already fantastic meat into something really worth shouting about.
