Grass Fed Burgers
Our beef burgers are composed of hand selected rib and steak cuts by our master butchers. This ensures a premium quality, great tasting burger every time. Our Dingley Dell Bavarian style pork burgers are only ever made from the finest Dingley Dell pork. Dingley Dell pork has a high level of intramuscular Fat which ensures succulence, tenderness, and full-bodied flavour.

Premium Sausages
We produce a vast array of pork sausages, and also many speciality sausages including lamb Merguez and beef sausages. As well as different flavours we also produce various sizes of sausage. Our sausages are composed of an 85% meat 15% fat ratio, which is perfect for taste and texture. Some of our sausage offerings can be found around the world in places such as Dubai, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
